phone number

Haven't needed it for a while and I think I forgot it. In any case is there still a phone number to do automatic rehits for Shaw Direct.

Re: phone number

Thanks. I kind of figured that yesterday when I called the main number and like you say, had to get in about 4 levels before I could refresh. With 782-7103 it was 1 for activations and 2 for a refresh. Oh well with FFM I guess its not needed. However, you have to have some sort of s/c or w/o to access the customers account. To bad FFM doesn't allow for phone number access. That would be tooeasy.

Re: phone number

if you have a registered installer phone number, just call 888-782-7103. Ignore the message, input 1, your 10 digit key# and option 2 a refresh.

Re: phone number

Thanks Dkopel, I had tried that number as I did remember it from the activation days. However, it didn't work for me. I maybe listened to the message, who knows. Anyway I tried it again, popped in my phone number and it worked just like I remembered it did. A lot easier than going through the customer service line with all the levels to get where you want. Don't need to use it often with the FFM now but there are the times that it comes in handy. emoticon

Yeah, I try to ignore any of the message and just hit 1. The message sounds like you have a wrong number.
At least 1 will progress you immediately compared to bell, where you have to listen through most of the prompts.
