Future reports


Anyone else getting missing data or duplicate or triplicate names and phone numbers for different Jobs??

Then yesterday all my jobs would not complete, error invalid installer number??

I think the system is having a nervous break down??

Yup, same here. Some days all info is missing, Next day 12 jobs show when there aren't any.

its been happening to me for weks off and on the lst week it has got terrible. I screedshot everything and sent it to jason-he said he sent up the ladder

I used to do it as well and send it right to business support. Which, when it boils down to it, there is none. So that was a waste of time. Now I just wait and it seems to correct itself in a few hours.

Well my has been messed up all week and still is, so I would rather flood them with screenshots so they know they have not done squat or it may never get fixed.
Maybe a waste of time but it is some how gratifying emoticon

I am starting to think that they are having major problems with the sytem. Has anyone else noticed that we havent been paid yet. The latest I have ever got paid was by the 6th - granted they do say by the 7th but if they dont get it in the bank today we wont see it until the 10th

Hey Team,

 

Due to Shaw transitioning from a different payment system the statement of payments will look a bit differently.

 

Previously we had the same work order or service calls displaying on separate lines for each CNT Code and showing the tax break down for each line as well.

 

Below is an example of SC and WO that was part of our original Statement of Payment.

 

Going forward our dealers and contractors will receive an e-mail with a Remittance Detail with all the CNT Codes showing on one line for the same WO and/or SC however the tax will be showing at the bottom as a total sum.

 

Please note this upcoming CNT payment will not have the tax break down and will most likely generate lots of calls and escalations to us. We apologize for this unforeseen circumstance. Our ERP-SUPPORT team is working on it and they assured us that it will be fixed for the next payout.
